As a 3D Modeler, you will play a key role in the product development and marketing pipeline, creating accurate and visually compelling 3D models that support e-commerce listings, promotional campaigns, and internal design reviews. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape how our products are presented to customers across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand standards and visual identity.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models of products, props, and environments using industry-standard modeling software
• Ensure models are accurate, scalable, and optimized for real-time rendering and web-based use
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and product teams to interpret design briefs and technical specifications
• Apply textures, materials, and lighting to models to achieve photorealistic or stylized results as required
• Review and revise models based on feedback from supervisors and cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain organized asset libraries and documentation for all 3D files and project resources
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to 3D assets and rendering pipelines
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in 3D modeling and visualization
• Support the production team with quick turnaround models for time-sensitive campaigns or releases
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to improve visual quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in 3D Modeling, Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Entry-level experience in 3D modeling, demonstrated through a portfolio of personal or academic work
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of texturing, UV mapping, and material creation
• Familiarity with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Arnold, or Cycles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team environments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• A creative mindset and willingness to learn new tools and workflows
