About the Role:
Join Havenova Home Care Solutions as a Child Care Provider/Nanny and make a positive impact in children's lives! We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to families in New Britain, CT, and are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for children in a safe environment.
• Engage children in educational and recreational activities to promote development.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs.
• Assist with homework and provide tutoring support as needed.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding child’s progress and activities.
• Manage daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and bedtime.
• Ensure a clean and organized play area for children.
• Respond to children's needs and concerns with patience and understanding.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a nanny or child care provider is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and connect with children of various ages.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Background check clearance and references required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate family needs.
