Job Description

Human Resources Manager Salary: $25/Hour•Company: Delta Airlines•Location: Los Angeles, USA•Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree Responsibilities Provide HR field support for an allotted client group at Delta Carriers, Inc. Ensure the compelling and steady delivery of HR services including instructing and directing staff and executives, staff selection and determination, execution of board programs, authority viability, pay, and providing HR initiatives. Support the In‑Flight Administration Division and be based in California at the Remiss air terminal. Address client needs and execute administrative communication frameworks. Develop integrated solutions for business issues. Act as an employee and company advocate capable of adjusting decision‑making appropriately. Build relationships with people, employee groups and business leaders to implement organization strategies, programs and systems while leading change, process collaboration and hierarchical turnover. Confer HR expertise to executive staff and communicate to clients in view of corporate strategy, focus on employee relations and relevant regulations. Lead corporate initiatives, oversee timelines, collaborate with cross‑divisional groups and create both operational and strategic plans establishing a security‑aware climate. Provide daily support to employees across various departments and travel as required. Qualifications 5–10 years of HR management experience supporting a specialty unit. Comprehensive knowledge of at least three core HR disciplines: pay, benefits, workforce, organization development, employee relations, labor relations, EEO, or succession planning. Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time. Excellent verbal and written communication, insightful analytical, strong executive presence, adaptability, and ability to work effectively across functional lines and at all levels. Strong presentation skills, effective problem‑solving ability, and autonomy with minimal oversight. Ability to think strategically, lead and influence direction, develop and maintain productive relationships. Ability to adjust priorities, work under pressure with complex issues and time‑bound deliverables. Ability to develop strategic plans that promote a security‑aware climate and ensure employee safety and prosperity. Reliably focused on the well‑being and security of self, others, and personal data. Value diversity of people, thoughts, and styles. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum age 18 and eligibility to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Four‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. PHR/SPHR certification. Past administrative or executive experience.
