Milford Dental Center is seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Coordinator to join our practice in Milford, DE. We are looking for a motivated team player with at least one year of dental office experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping patients have a positive dental experience.

Dental Office Coordinator
Job Description Greet and check in/check out patients professionally
Answer incoming phone calls and address patient inquiries
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
Create and review treatment plans with patients
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft and Dexis Imaging (preferred)
Present and discuss treatment plans and payment arrangements
Support team operations and maintain organized front office processes
full-time $18 - $20 per hour

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM (must be available every other Saturday)
Sunday: Closed
Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office
Solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational skills and punctuality
Ability to work efficiently as part of a diverse team
Experience with Patterson Eaglesoft and Dexis Imaging software
Bilingual, particularly Spanish-speaking, is a plus
