As a Heavy Equipment Operator with us, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, including new single-family housing construction and general commercial contracting services. Daily Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment such as scrapers, trackhoes, motor graders, bulldozers, front end loaders, Backhoes, Skidsteers, Mini excavators, dump trucks, Hydro excavators Excavate and prepare sites for construction projects Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution Conduct heavy equipment repairs and maintenance as needed Required Skills: Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment Knowledge of civil construction techniques and best practices Ability to operate various heavy equipment, including trackhoes, motor graders, and bulldozers skidsteers, backhoes, Mini excavators, dump trucks, Hydro excavator Experience with road construction and highway construction projects Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints Nice to Have Skills: Welding and fabrication skills Previous experience operating bobcats, mini excavators, dump trucks, pipe layers, Underground utility work Knowledge of flagging procedures for construction sites Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from $62,425 to $80,388 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
