Administrative Support PositionUnder the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, this position provides administrative support for the office, ongoing initiatives, and special projects.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, including posting positions, reviewing candidates, and navigating the hiring process.Review processes and procedures, benchmark best practices, and recommend practical changes to improve the employee experience.Assist with updating personnel files.Assist with ongoing initiatives and special projects, as assigned.This is not to be construed as an exhaustive list.
