Job Description Gain experience through a "hands on" job training program that covers all manufacturing and staff functions. Responsibilities Onboarding Support: Assist in the smooth onboarding of new employees, including preparing welcome packets, organizing orientation sessions, coordinating paperwork, and helping new hires settle in. Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative assistance such as updating employee records, filing HR documents, and assisting with report generation. Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries, help address basic employee concerns, and escaltate more complex issues to HR management as needed. General HR Support: Assist with other HR Functions, including recruitment efforts, coordinating interviews, creating and posting job ads, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives. Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and projects as needed to support the HR Department and overall business operations. Qualifications Stong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Ability to handle confidential information with descretion. Additional Information The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $17.00 hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
