You will ensure accurate insurance verification, manage patient scheduling, and help maintain the smooth operation of our busy dental practice. Insurance Verification Specialist – Dental Office Coordinator
Job Description Verify and confirm patient dental insurance coverage and benefits.
Communicate insurance details clearly to patients and staff.
Manage and coordinate patient scheduling to maximize efficiency.
Maintain accurate patient and insurance records.
Support front office operations and collaborate with clinical staff.
Resolve insurance-related issues and handle patient inquiries with professionalism.
Assist with leadership tasks and support team members as needed.
part-time $22 - $27 per hour

Shift & Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Proven experience in insurance verification within a dental office setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in dental office procedures, including patient scheduling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with PracticeWorks dental software.
Leadership experience or capability.
Knowledge of dental terminology and practice workflows.
