At Jackson Therapy Partners, our National Recruiters combine consultative recruiting with a sales-driven mindset to connect talented travel therapy professionals with career opportunities nationwide.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys achieving goals, and wants a career where effort, performance, and relationship-building directly drive results.What You'll DoOwn the full recruitment and placement lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and successful placements.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of travel therapy professionals through calls, texts, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.Meet and exceed individual performance goals through consistent activity and relationship development.Act as a trusted advisor for clinicians, helping guide career decisions and placement opportunities.Negotiate compensation and placement packages that create value for both clinicians and clients.Maintain ongoing communication and support with traveling clinicians to increase satisfaction, retention, and future opportunities.Partner with internal teams to create a seamless experience from initial contact through assignment completion.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.Sales-oriented mindset with a competitive drive and passion for achieving goals.Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or relationship management preferred.Proven ability to meet or exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.Comfortable learning and navigating CRM/ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools.Ability to work onsite three days per week in our Maitland, Florida office.Why Join Us?Lucrative Rewards: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.
