NOW HIRING: 2 Cleaners — Panama City Beach / 30A Area — Store Cleaning + Window Washing — 2 Locations

Locations: Pier Park area (Panama City Beach) and Rosemary Beach town center area.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're a commercial cleaning company hiring 2 cleaners for a small route of retail stores in the Panama City Beach / 30A area. Store names are released after onboarding. This is occasional, recurring foot-in-the-door work — not full or part time — and a good way to get established with us as we grow in the area.

THIS IS A 2-PERSON JOB — READ THIS PART

We hire two cleaners separately so there's always coverage. Both hires work both stores together. You're welcome to bring your own helper, but you'd split your one spot's pay with them — we'll still hire a second person regardless. We prefer the two hires not be related or in a relationship, so coverage is always there.

LOCATIONS, SCHEDULE & PAY (per person, per visit)

1. Pier Park area — 201 Bluefish Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32413

- Store deep clean + interior/exterior window washing, every 3 months

- $120 per person per visit (covers both duties)

- Time on site: 1 person ~3–4 hrs · 2 people ~2–3 hrs

- First visit: pick one — Monday, September 14 or Tuesday, September 15. Arrival 8:00 AM either way.

- Then recurring every 3 months on that same date (the 14th or the 15th)

2. Rosemary Beach town center area — 16 South Barrett Square, Panama City Beach, FL 32461

- Store cleaning including high dusting, twice a month

- $45 per person per visit

- Time on site: 1 person ~2–2.5 hrs · 2 people ~1–1.5 hrs

- Date not set yet — tell us which days of the week you CAN'T work and we'll request a day that fits

- Start time: around 7:00–8:00 AM

SCHEDULING — IMPORTANT

Pier Park is already set — just tell us which of the two dates you want, Monday September 14 or Tuesday September 15, 8:00 AM start. Rosemary Beach is not set yet, so tell us which days of the week you CAN'T work and we'll request a day that fits around you. Once a date is set, it's firm — the store sends a manager to let us in, so set dates don't move.

PAY

- Flat rate per person, per visit, per location (listed above)

- Check in, upload before/after photos and videos, and check out through the links we send

- Pay averages 24–48 hours after the job is completed to manager satisfaction

- Depending on how far you live from a location, we may pitch in some toward gas — worked out during onboarding based on distance

- Parking reimbursed only with a full receipt (date, time in, time out, place, total)

THE WORK

General retail store cleaning: floors (sweep, dust mop, vacuum, mop), dusting shelving/fixtures/vents, wiping counters and display cases, trash, restroom if present, and interior/exterior window washing at the Pier Park location. High dusting at the Rosemary Beach location. Detailed checklists provided after onboarding.

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 21 or older

- Prior cleaning experience of any kind

- Window washing experience with a scrubber and squeegee (for the window work)

- Reliable personal transportation — rideshare/transit does not qualify

- Smartphone for check-in, photos, and communication

- Comfortable completing a standard onboarding screening

SUPPLIES

Bring your own supplies and earn a per-visit bonus: +$10 store clean, +$5 windows, +$15 if you bring both. Or we provide everything — either is fine. Tell us what you have: all, some, or none.

Store cleaning: vacuum, mop and bucket (or flat mop with extra pads), broom/dustpan and/or dust mop, all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, dusting tool, restroom cleaner, scrubber or deck brush.

Windows: window scrubber/applicator, squeegee, glass solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, scraper/razor, bucket.

Step stool, short ladder, or extension pole: not required but handy for tops of windows and high dusting.

DRESS CODE

Slip-resistant shoes recommended. Clean plain blue or black shirt, jeans or non-athletic shorts — nothing ripped, no sweatpants. Hair tied back, arrive clean and presentable.

PHOTOS & CHECK-OUT

Before/after photos and videos every visit through your check-in links — non-negotiable. Full walkthrough with the store manager before leaving.

COMMUNICATION

Our #1 priority. If something comes up, tell us ahead of time — that's all we ask.
