Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide basic information about our products and services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
• Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
• Support other team members as needed during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
