Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center. Receptionist Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt and attentive service
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, messages, and packages
Utilize computerized systems to track and maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and communications
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and performing other administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, lobby, and surrounding spaces
Provide basic assistance to residents and families, such as escorting them to their appointments or providing general information about the facility
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
