Key responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for sales and go-to-market positions from intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring leaders to understand business objectives and develop targeted sourcing strategies Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience Required qualifications 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, particularly in sales talent acquisition Demonstrated success recruiting within SaaS, technology services, and consulting sectors Experience recruiting for quota-carrying sales roles, such as Account Executives and Sales Executives Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently, including sourcing and offer negotiation Strong experience in developing creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find sales talent
