Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction to students with special needs in small group settings
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians
  • Utilize instructional techniques to enhance student learning
  • Conduct parent conferences to review student progress
  • Implement differentiated instruction to cater to the individual needs of all students
  • Enhance instructional strategies through small group instruction
  • Collaborate with parents through effective parent communication
  • Develop engaging lesson plans for diverse learners
  • Design curriculum planning to meet student needs

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in preschool or elementary education
  • Familiarity with NAEYC and Common Core State Standards
  • Ability to execute social studies and reading intervention programs
  • Knowledge of early childhood education methodologies such as Montessori and Responsive Classroom
  • Experience in creating and executing individualized education programs

Preferred Skills:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $60,000.00
  • Maximum Salary: $65,000.00
