Job Title: Technical Writer

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical information.
- Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation, including user manuals, online help, and technical specifications.
- Ensure consistency in style, format, and terminology across all documents.
- Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience Level: Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years.

Desired Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with content management systems and version control.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
