Made a Consultation and Presentation on the upstream Oil and Gas industry in Nigeria to a professional services firm working on behalf of an oil and gas company.

Challenges: Specifically, the consultation and presentation covered the following areas:

• General understanding of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.
• Challenges affecting Upstream Oil & Gas operations in Nigeria.
• Potential opportunities for asset swaps (e.g., swapping exploration assets for an IOC's production assets) in Nigeria in order to grow production volumes.
• IOC upstream portfolio strategy Nigeria.
• How asset trading decisions are made (e.g. acquisitions and divestments).
• How to judge value of Nigerian oil and gas assets (strategic value/distressed/unimportant).
• Publicly available information on several Oil Mining Licences (OMLs) assets.
