Heavy Equipment Operator – Dozer, Trackhoe, and Motor GraderD&J Construction Company, a leading highway contractor in Louisiana, is seeking skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. We are looking for individuals proficient in operating dozers, trackhoes (excavators), and motor graders to support our construction and earthwork operations.Position Overview: The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery to perform site grading, excavation, and road construction.
